The staff attempted to accommodate our requests promptly.
Our room was unbearable when we arrived. it was extremely hot with a foul smell. The air conditioning barely worked and took hours to cool the room. To make matters worse, I found no shampoo or soap in the bathroom, and they had the audacity to say there was no breakfast available.

During my visit to explore the BB King Museum and Delta Interpretive Center nearby, I found my room to be uncomfortably hot upon arrival, which took quite some time to cool down. Despite some issues with the room's condition, I appreciated that the staff attempted to address our concerns by offering another room. The location was definitely convenient for visiting local attractions, but the lack of basic toiletries and breakfast made my stay less enjoyable than I had hoped.

Great place for work trips!
I had a super smooth stay here for 3 weeks! The staff was super friendly, especially Ms. Linda—what a gem! The room was always clean and cozy. I loved grabbing snacks at the little bar. The only thing was that the Wi-Fi was kinda slow at times. But overall, it fit my work needs perfectly.

Family with children home away from home
The staff was genuinely friendly making us feel welcomed even on a cold day. My kids loved the hotel and their smiles were priceless when the staff quickly fixed the door issue without us making another trip to the front.
It wasn’t exactly cheap but for the experience we had it was worth it.
